Two comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to five guests: the first includes a double bed and a single bed, while the second features a double bed, making the layout especially suitable for families with children. A modern full bathroom serves the apartment, and additional conveniences such as a TV, internet access, and a washing machine ensure a practical stay. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups are not allowed. The landlord lives in the same building. Bring your own towels. 2 loungers, like type B, but for 1-4 people. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
