You should pass on this house. There are general minimum standards that reasonable people expect, and this house falls short on all of them.Issues:1.Kitchen: No toaster, no blender, not enough coffee cups, no glassware, 1 knife, 1 pot, no pot holders. The handle to the pull-out freezer came off every time you opened it. The ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work.2.After our arrival the host stated the washer and dryer listed in the property description was only available for an extra fee.3.The only table in the house was the dining room table. No coffee table, no side tables, no night stands. All our belongings had to sit on the floor. There were holes in the walls of the living room, kitchen and the bedrooms.4.The house that sleeps 5 only had 5 towels but no access to the washer5.Safety: The steps from the driveway were not regulation (to high) and there was no railing. The hand rail to the front door was loose. There are no smoke detectors inside the house.6. The last straw: The bed in one of the rooms was obviously not cleaned. The linens were soiled with body residue of some type and a considerable amount of hair on the fitted and top sheets.After discovering the dirty bed, we reached out to the host who did not respond. At that point we decided to leave, turning our 2-night stay into 1. We were forced to find other accommodations as we needed to prepare for our event, which would keep us out for the evening.The host refused any refunds.
