Large space, modern furnishings & beautiful decor. This newly remodeled & professionally designed and decorated with quality furnishings. Located in the Theater District right across from The Alabama Theater. Exposed brick wall and floor to ceiling curtains take this loft to the next level. Walking distance and minutes to award winning restaurants. No check-out chores.
We ask that any locals provide additional information and reason for stay. We do not allow parties or visitors.

Amazing ground floor loft with easy access. This space is breathtaking. 2nd story loft with a queen size bed open to space below. Luxurious linens and bedding with high thread count duvets. Waters, coffee, snacks, and other items provided. Keurig with a variety of coffee and teas.

Street parking is free in the evenings and all weekend. Paid parking lot next door. Please message if you need help or suggestions on the parking.

Interesting, roomy, urban chic layout. Beds were comfy, kitchen big and modern, access in and out to garage and street was easy. Showers are great and bathroom towels plush. A little noise from outside but that comes with the in-town location.

Beautiful City Loft

The property is unique, nicely appointed and chic. Everything was spotless and comfortable and perfect for my husband and I and our teenage son. The host was kind enough to leave snacks and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Great location and nice to have safe parking attached to the property. We will definitely return!

We had a change of plans due to unforeseen circumstances- the owner upgraded us to Loft 3 which was very beautiful, spacious, well-stocked and very convenient to our conference at the BJCC. There was an elevator, but I am not sure if it worked. There was a set of stairs in the front and back entrance. The place felt secure with the key pad entrys on all doors. We had a lot of issues with parking due to some miscommunication. They do have on site garage parking but if you have full size SUVs they will not fit in the spot and you will need to be prepared to pay parking fees. The parking out front is 2hr and must be renewed every 2hrs the parking lot to the left of the building is either 8 or 12hrs at a time.
