Guest access:
This apartment is self-check-in. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Keys are collected from a key safe located outside the property.

We require a valid ID of the main guest booking, such as a Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

NOTE: We are not 24/7.
Our team is available from 9 am till 6 pm on Monday to Sunday to receive phone calls for support, guest communication & assistance.

We would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions especially on how to enter the property.

Should you wish to extend your stay, please do contact us ASAP, this is subject to availability. Contacting us 5 mins before your departure will incur a charge as this is very late. All extensions are subject to availability.

We offer late check-out till 12 pm max which is a paid extra, the usual check-out is 10 am.

In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measures, please check out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest.

It is very important that keys/fobs are returned to the keysafe which you collected them from. Failure to do so will result in a call-out charge of £100 as they are essential for the running of the apartment & this can delay the next following guest and also affect their stay.
Other things to note
This property is not suitable for parties!

This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and This apartment is in a residential area, so after 9 pm the quiet times are to be respected.

Any loud music, parties, or smoking will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation/apartment.

No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.

We issue one polite request (warning) to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

- Only guests are who are on the original booking are allowed to be in the apartment and stay overnight.
- Open flames or candles are NOT allowed in the apartment.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so either on the balcony or outside away from the apartment and that you put out/dispose of the cigarette correctly outside.
- Any damage to the property or its contents will be deducted from your deposit or charged to you directly or reported as criminal damage.
If any of the rules are broken, we have full rights to remove you from the property.
