The Home
The living room is the heart of the property, generous leather seating around a feature fireplace, a bright bay window, smart TV, board games, and a bookshelf. Gas central heating keeps things comfortable year-round.
The kitchen and dining area combines white fitted units with exposed brick and a dark worktop, fully equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. Dishes, glassware, and consumables are provided. The dining table seats the whole group and opens directly onto the garden.
A ground-floor utility area has a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a bathtub and overhead shower, vanity basin, and toilet. Body soap is provided.
Both twin bedrooms are made up with teal quilts and feature contemporary slatted or textured wall panels. Linen is included.
The rear garden is secure and enclosed, with patio furniture and an outdoor dining area.
