This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!

The people make the difference

Maria was brilliant. Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. Such a beautiful boutique hotel. I stayed in passing on a business trip, and I felt relaxed and at home here. The decor is beautiful and the customer service is second to none - Maria is a star. Breakfast was amazing. A really enjoyable experience, I will be back!

One night stay

A very relaxing stay in the Mayfair suite. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it's the first hotel we have stayed in where shakshuka was on the breakfast menu - absolutely delicious and the coffee was excellent quality too. We stayed on Sunday night so just ate pizza at the local Wetherspoons which was very good!

Lovely short trip!

We stayed for one night as we were going to a concert at Utilia. We arrived later than planned so decided to have dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Room was lovely and exceeded expectations. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in our room. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Birmingham.
