The key didn't work, had to change rooms, they are under a renovation which would have been nice to know - construction everywhere and hallways were dirty - this Hampton Inn has REALLY gone downhill. Staff was nice.

Staff was great! Due to the hotel being under renovation, the hallways were dirty, especially the carpet. Its very convenient and I would come back once the renovation is complete. It would be good to know this is going on before booking. Did not know this till arrival.

We were told that they were under reconstruction, so we understand the dirt and stuff, but the only gripe that I have is that the people on our floor kept slamming doors at night. After they FINALLY stopped were able to get some sleep. Overall it was a great stay.

Once in our room it was just fine....other than the areas of partial renovations, like poor caulking near bath floor. My biggest complaint is that we had to actually visit the hotel to find out that renovations were in progress; why can't that be reveled online before making reservations? Yes, it would discourage my making the reservation at THAT site, but it would have protected the system's integrity in my eyes. I hope this can be used positively for your long range operations and our loyalty.

We have used this hotel for many years when we come to visit family in the area. The bathroom was not clean. A drip from the faucet in the tub could be heard throughout the night. Not the same quality of stay that we have experienced in the past.

It’s like walking into a prison instead of a nice hotel. The hallways near the elevator smell like oil. The closet next to the elevator has no doorknob-why? That’s not child safe! The doors look like they are more than heavy duty-not a luxury hotel. I made the mistake of booking there twice and it’s disgraceful that Hampton would have their name on it.

Foyer was the only best part. The rest was not kept up. Hallway, room, etc. my remote didn’t work, had trouble calling desk because phone wasn’t working well. Could see shoe prints on floors, a screw was on bathroom floor, I went to wash hands…faucet sip several times then dirty water came out. I didn’t shower! Would not recommend.
