Terrible room smelt horrible. Windows didn’t open, pillows very flat very old. Bath didn’t have a plug that fitted. Wifi non existent. Will not be going again.

Not aesthetically pleasing at all, very out of date decor, would suit men who work in the area and don’t spend much time in the hotel room who just need it for a quick sleep and shower. Shower flow was very good though.

LOOKS LIKE A LOW BUDGET AMERICAN HORROR MOVIE MOTEL ROOM Broken tv falling everywhere Heater was not working properly Flush on toilet did not work Cobwebs in every corner with dead spiders Dust on headboards Burnt damaged carpet Springy bed Curtains falling down Damaged furniture PHOTOGRAPHS ARE DECEIVING THEY ARE FAKE AS ROOMS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOGRAPHS Staff member at reception was rude I CHECKED OUT AFTER FEW HOURS AS MY ASTHMA GOT SO BAD I HAD TO GO A&E AND WAS MY PARTNERS BIRTHDAY AND THOUGHT HIMLEY AREA IS POSH AND THE PHOTOGRAPHS LOOKED SO NICE AND POSH BUT WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE HAD A DAMAGED YALE LOCK ON DOOR AND CORRIDOR STUNK OF BOILED EGGS OR SHALL I SAY BAD DRAINS No spoons for coffee or tea making Limescale in kettle DISGUSTING ROOM PAID £40 WHEN THE ROOM SHOULD BE £5 A NIGHT THANKS FOR SPOILING MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY AS THIS WAS HIS FIRST BIRTHDAY WITH ME WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN AS IT LOOKS LIKE A HOMELWSS SHELTER/RUFUGE HOTEL

This is described as a business hotel with restaurant and wifi (essential business requirements). When I arrived, there was no restaurant and NO wifi. The room was also grubby, curtains falling off the rails and the bed passed its best before date many years ago

Room had black mould on the walls, the bed base parted when I sat on it, the carpet was heavily stained Wi-Fi was non existent bathroom was disguising the guy on reception was like Manuel off Faulty Towers & was flirting with a female so I just handed the key back to room 222 & said I wasn’t staying in a room with mouldy walls to which he replied… ok DISGUSTING DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE

the room was poor. no rail to hang clothes or coats. the bath was dirty. the bedside units were well out of reach of the bed itself. the toilet was not secured to the floor or wall. no food available - no cutlery when we bought our own food

As we first drove into car park exterior looked ok, walked through entrance, reception is facing you, booking in was easy and quick we were on second floor, decore was very dated been repainted over and over again.The room (228) standed room as we walked in the damp over powed us first thing we noticed was the condensation on the window, same condition decor as the hallway heaing was on and it was warm but you could tell it gets turned off until they get a booking for that room. The paint work on everything was sticky through long periods of standing empty, bed was comfy room over all was clean, found the reason for damp smell found the aftermath of a burst hot water pipe no attempt to clear it up.went into the bar for a drink before we went out, To be told its closed and looking at its not been open foe sometime

Not really sure here, if you are just after a cheap bed for the night fair enough, was offered a room upgrade on check in however it was clear that wouldn’t matter, descaled my own kettle, room was made up one day, Oberall the place is tired and well past its best, but you get what you pay for, never has that saying been better illustrated..!!

Yes parking was good .Helpful staff. The rooms are clean but need updating. I had to movr 4 times as the heating wasnt working and the showers were broken couldnt hang it up. The areas around lt are beautiful countryside

Checked in, viewed the room, you could smell the black mould from the toom in the corridor. Room 228 wardrobe was full of it. I complained, they gave me anogher room, a small double bed my feet hung over, an electric bar heater which once came on burnt all the dust on it and stank out the toom, toilet wasnt fitted to the floor, bath was flithy, tv hanging off the wall, the hot water wasnt really hot for a bath, no plugs in sink, very disappointing, wouldnt book there again
