i checked in and checked out after seeing the room. Room was dirty, facility is way outdated. I would not recommend this hotel. i was surprised it was a holiday inn.

The property was convenient to the airport. The rooms are well aged. My shower leaked like crazy into my bathroom. One shower soaked the bathroom. The shower leaks so badly that it causes a puddle in the hallway next to the room. I was going to alert the hotel, but as I walked down the hallway, I could see that each room had the same stain on the hallway next to where the shower is...so they clearly know and decided not to fix it. Im talking wet or strained carpet outside more than half of the rooms(on the 7th floor at least) The staff were friendly, the restaurant had great food and pleasant staff. My bed was very soft but I found it pleasant. I slept well. My air conditioning/heating unit was petty loud and I could see right outside. Im not sure what was happening with that If you are here for a night or two, it's a perfectly acceptable place to stay...it's not going to add to a vacation, its a stopping and rest place

We enjoyed our stay.

We stopped here to ride out some bad weather and we stayed 2 nights. This place was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant/bar served great food and drinks. The breakfast was fantastic.

Worst hotel due to location.

By far the absolute worst and scariest hotel our family has ever stayed at. This hotel is in the most ghetto and dangerous place. The events witnessed up to check in honestly should have made us realize the danger of the area. We made sure to wake up and get out as soon as possible.

The room was clean, but very noise! Ac wasn’t working well! The hotel building is close to 2 busy roads and there was another loud noise in the room that made almost impossible for us to sleep. We found out in the morning, that the noise was coming from the elevator cables.

10/10 Definitely recommend!

The room was really nice! It was clean and the bed was so comfortable! We slept like newborn babies! We also enjoyed the breakfast bar. Our only issue was with housekeeping going in and out of the rooms and allowing the door to slam every time they would enter or exit, and it interrupted our sleep. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating.
