Had to wait 30 minutes for them to get a room ready. The property was not well maintained, from the many cracks and such in the floors, hot tub didn’t work, elevator sounded like it was on its last leg, and low staffing; which attributed to no towels, extra sheets for the couch bed. The staff was nice and the location was great.

Papa's Got a Brand New Hotel

A little shaky on check in (no one at front desk for @ 10 minutes) but afterward, ALL staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was A+++ and staff working that area were very nice! Great location for Inverness area.

Will not be back.

Front desk checking in was exceptionally rude as soon as I walked in. She then told me there were no rooms available and blamed it on the system. Our room was someone else’s, otherwise our family of a 5 would’ve had to of shared one king bed. There are no cribs like advertised. Pretty certain also there is literal black mold growing on the wall.

Stay was great. Marcus at the front desk gave us the fastest and most efficient check in ever. We had some issues with the drains for the sink and tub in the room. Front desk got right on it and had maintenance resolve the issue while we were out. Staff were great and helpful.

Not the greatest for Holiday Inn standards

Welcomed for a late arrival. Customer service was polite. T.V. in room did not work and a.c. unit continously dripped give the carpet a damp feel and smell.

The staff were incredibly lovely and went out of their way to help. The room was great, we liked the Dove toiletries available and breakfast was good, lots of tasty options.

We had a great stay here. Everything was clean and organized. The pool was open but the hot tob didn't seem very clean, on the other end of that, the pool seemed like the chemicals were just too strong for it being enclosed. They may have just possibly shocked the pool or accidently put too much chlorine in it for the day, but it had eyes burning just walking into the pool room. Everything else was great though. Free breakfast was a big help to just get back on the road without stopping for food. Staff was friendly too.
