Dreadful hotel for family or business

My hotel experience wasnt long because i immediately asked for a refund. The rooms were very nasty and the staff were not professional and pleasing. The hotel and staff can use major improvement

Stay away.....

The first room would not lock and smelled of stale smoke. The bed linens had cig burns in them. When we called down to the front desk to notify them of the door wasnot locking the obese front desk women wouldn't even come up to the third floor. We had to go down to get keys to a new room. When we tried to get into the second room the key would not open the door. At that point we left the hotel in search of a room elsewhere. Do not stay here!.

Dirty old hotel

The bed was not fully made. Someone had forgotten to tuck the sheet, so when I pulled back the covers, the mattress was showing. It is a very old hotel.

Not worth the money I saved.

I chose this hotel over the nearby hotel because it was cheaper. It was not worth the money I saved as the three people staying in the room on the horrible mattresses had neck and back pain for the next week. I am 30, but that mattress made me feel 90. There were people screaming in the pool area all night, and the pool contained about 3 feet of dirty gray water. The pool area was the only area of the hotel that was well-lit, the rest of the hotel was very poorly lit. The bathroom was dirty also.

Was A great stay and affordable

It is close to the Birmingham Airport and was affordable.The staff were very helpful and kind.The room was clean and comfortable.When I stay in birmingham,I have found the hotel I would choose.
