Breakfast was so good! Clean! Spacious Hotel, steps away from restaurants and cute shops, Aldi, etc! 20 min from BJCC, 10 to Galleria mall! Ping pong tables/trial! Home away from home vibe! Staff was wonderful!

The room was clean but the doors in the room needed wiping down, there was hair on the toilet seat and in the shower. Sometimes taking a dry towel and wiping everything down after being cleaned helps get the leftovers. The front desk staff tried to charge me twice even though the room was paid for in advance. So, there needs to be some education about that. It happened to me and my coworker and it was two different people that took care of us.

The staff were great, especially the ladies working in the breakfast area. They were very accommodating and went over and beyond to help. The front desk staff when we checked in were really nice as well. Our room was clean and nice as well. We had no issues with anything.

Nice that it was a newer hotel. However our Room, especially the bathroom , had some issues with cleanliness. Good location, within walking distance to some good restaurants. Shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants. Kind of bummed I spent 225.00 a night for a room that could have used a little more elbow grease. It wouldn’t have taken much to earn more stars from me.
