The room was clean and had that new car smell. The bed was super comfy. The only downside was the water pressure in the bathroom sink and showers weren’t strong enough. The breakfast was good also loved they had healthy options. The gym was great also. Overall 4/5. Will stay again.

new hotel- so it was clean and wonderful. the staff were all very warm and helpful. great breakfast options and excellent breakfast staff! the bed in our regular suite was very comfortable and shower pressure great. the suite had a very well stocked kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher and range. my only criticism is that for a suite with a full kitchenette, there is really no place for two people to sit and eat together. there’s a small desk and another chair in the bedroom with a small side table. this is a design miss! overall, a great stay!

First of all, I was put in a handicap room without a pull out couch (which I needed). When I called the front desk and told them I didn’t have a pull out couch, they assured me that every room on that side had one and they would come to show me. When no one showed up 15 minutes later, I called again and told them That there was definitely NO couch much less a pull out couch in my room. After going back and forth for a few minutes of the staff member telling me I was wrong, she eventually realized she had put me in a handicap room without a couch at all. So, an hour after I checked in, I was finally able to get to a proper room with my party only to find BLOOD on the sheets. To make matters worse, when I told them about the blood, I was brought new sheets by a maintenance employee and told I would need to change them myself because housekeeping was not there at that time (9pm)! I was expected to change dirty sheets with blood on them that was not my (or anyone else in my party) blood!
