Clean room and lovely relaxing decor. Interesting historical items related to the city in the lobby. Service is warm and friendly and very attentive. The food could do with a slight improvement but isnt overly bad (i.e. too much vinegar in hollandaise sauce or pancakes were dense for example).

Excellent location, conveniently walkable to the train station major plus facility and room incredibly clean. Bed was super comfortable excellent bedding great TV bathroom immaculately clean I think clean is a major factor for me and this checked off all the boxes.

A really great option for those, like me, who needed quick access to the train station and the city centre. It is encouraging to see the area being developed with facilities like this, it was definitely not there when I went to college at The Butts 30 years ago! :-)
