First room water in sink wouldn’t drain. After finally finding a place to plug phone in called front desk He was very nice came up to room and pulled out drain stopper full of a load of black short hair! This could have been avoided if cleaning crew had washed and cleaned drain before renting a room to us . Said we have to move and after a very long day on the road with traffic backups we had to move to another floor. Just wanted a shower and cup of coffee. BUT THE COFFEE POT IN OUR SECOND ROOM DIDNT WORK!!!! Travel across the country 2 times a year and This was definitely not a good experience with your hotel. Gloria Harrison 772 359 3108

Poor Experience

No working television, which is probably one of the most important parts of a hotel room. I had to ask for a credit to my account when they should have simply offered one then I finally get the credit and they clearly don’t know how to put themselves in the Customer shoes. I drove 10 hours and then decided to stay at this hotel and the overall experience was 100% poor.

Renovations were obviously and ongoing. We arrived very late and the morning noise was concerning. Not to mention the 9am knock about check-out; 2 hours prior to the checkout time. Great location, easy access to interstate.

We stay at la quinta alot but this one by far was not a good choice, im assuming maybe doing some remodeling but was pretty beat up, also breakfast wasnt near as good as the others , and on Saturday night the pop smell was so bad that we had to switch floors(room), the man at the front desk switch us with no problem but the moving at 12 midnight was not pleasant
