The unit was clean; however, the a/c unit was not working correctly and was very dirty. There was a smell in the unit - especially the second bedroom - we had to purchase air fresheners.

It was close to the downtown area and surrounding areas that we visited We enjoyed the pool The condo was well-maintained and very clean The property manager responded quickly with our questions I would recommend this place

They don’t supply any supplies like shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. We were only in town for three days. We had to go buy all that stuff and leave it behind since we couldn’t on the flight. My son had a few roaches in his shower. If you call the landing, they’re just a management company and they always refer back to the people locally who usually take 24 to 48 hours to respond. Go to Birmingham on a regular basis and will not be staying here again.

Great Stay

Great apartment that was very convenient to Samford University and MUCH less expensive than a hotel. The apartment was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet apartment complex.
