Large lovely house. Unfortunately it was extremely dirty, we purchased cleaning products as there were none in the house. 1 garbage bag for 4 weeks was all we were left. Baked on food on cook top and in oven, again we cleaned this. Bathrooms were only wiped over and in dire need of another good scrub, same with sinks and toilets. No mattress protectors and sheets that didn't fit the beds caused sheets to slip off during the night. We did call the offices about poor wifi and broken glass in the backyard, a smashed panel in the shed glass door. It was never cleaned up. I could have called the agent again but I figured that their lack of follow-up said it all. Also, if the cleaners they used felt the house was adequately clean when they left, getting them back would be a waste of time. I also explained that we were 5 adults in a house with no where to hang clothes to dry inside or out. I asked for some clothes airing racks only to receive a new dish drying rack? The combination washer/dryer did not in fact dry. The spin action on the program selected so had to be re spun after every load.
