so so so bad

Went here for one night and glad it was only one night. the pictures you see make the place look like the Hilton but trust me it anything but. the council put homeless people in here and I've nothing against this but the place was dirty and freezing we slept with our clothes on it was that bad. it dose not mention on the website that there are homeless people staying here and the towels where the size of a face clothes the bathroom had mould and loads of people hanging around drinking at night in the hotel avoid at all cost.

worst hotel in the west midlands

awful absolutely awful the guy on reception was beyond rude the place was full of drug addicts no hot water no internet like stated, the bed ditched in the middle to the point both of us kept rolling to the middle all night, arguements sirens doors slamming all night awful awful awful

I don’t suggest this place at all. I don’t have anything good to say about it. I knew I was in for an unwanted adventure when the lift (elevator) was out of order and the person at the desk did not even mention it or offer any apology for it being out of order. There was nothing exciting about hauling 3 pieces of luggage up 3 flights of stairs. This place is a dump. ☹️

Shocking

Bed was awful lumpy could feel the springs gave me and my partner backache bath was hot but broke as only the shower would work very basic staff and unhelpful put on top floor me and my partner were really unimpressed wouldn’t stay again
