Customer service is trouble and House keeping is near if you are a stay over there were shoot outs prostitution and not sure but human trafficking the rooms need full make over we never got anything for over room like towels and sheets or even the norm like toilet paper or cups or soap the ice machine stop working and it was never fixed the maintenance man blame use because the room we were in the lights tv and plugs kept going out and he came to our room at night after fixing the problem and told us he was not going to keep getting up in the cold to keep switching the braker like it was our fault and all the workers live in the rooms blacks and the Mexicans the only reason my family and I was there for so long is we were waiting on our house to get finished and inspected and i well be reporting this hell hole to Fire Marshall Bill

Rooms need a microwave ice machine doesn’t work, workers hardly did their job nobody was in the office for 3 hours in the morning. Overall the room was clean and nice minus the bathroom needs updating

It’s definitely rough looking in the outside and inside , the room smelled bad ( stale ) and the heater didn’t work at all , there was NO microwave or fridge in the room . The front desk woman was nice , she waived the 50$ deposit for me since it would take up to 7 days to be refunded and i didn’t have 50$ to spare .
