Fantastic room looking over the canal. Staff at the desk and in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening were friendly, helpful & kind. We liked the location because we wanted to see all things Ozzy & Black Sabbath and it was walki g distance to all 8 sites.

Great breakfast .staff v good A bit dosappointed withh riom ckean as bed not made, just cover staightened, and not vacuuned which seems unusual. Only used this once too. I think the outside windows are due a clean too
