We booked an accessible room because of disability, but there was no wet room and the shower was over the bath!! There were bars on the far side of the bath if one could get in first!! Staff were not only unhelpful but customer service was very poor. Apparently they were fully booked but they seemed not at all bothered by my complaint.
I was very dissatisfied with the price also and was disappointed to see that Expedia had used my credit against the booking, I had not asked for this to be the case!!! Very expensive inadequate stay. Will think carefully before booking accommodation with Expedia again.
