No towels in room no tv no phone this was supposed to be a good rated hotel it definitely is not doesn't look anything like the pictures that are shown its filthy and when i told them to just refund my money and I'd leave she tells me it will be 15 days when i call customer Relations they tell me to contact expedia i will stay at holiday inn express next time

Overall were very good, the breakfast, the cleanness and the staff. The room it self the entry door bottom has to much gap bugs getting in. Not enough privacy between bedroom and washroom. We stayed in room 209. Thanks for allowing me to share a review.
