Evidently, by booking with hotel.com they block off their worst rooms, i should have booked directly with marriot. The room was nice, except it was the closest room to the interstate… so much road noise , couldn’t sleep…. And the hotel was practically empty. Sucked.

We absolutely loved our stay! The valet was awesome and front staff was so helpful! The room was clean and beds were so soft!! We really enjoyed the area too! A few restaurants were close by and we took the jam tram to a concert at the Coca Cola amphitheater, so convenient!!!

The staffs were awesome from the moment we arrived to checked in, up to the moment we checked out. We stayed overnight for a concert we were attending. We did changed rooms due to the tv not working in our original rooms. Other than that I will definitely stay again and recommend it

Overall the place was nice. My only cons are that the tub really needed to be resurfaced and that the valet is not connected to the hotel? Which was confusing because when I requested my truck and it didn’t come, the front desk could not assist me. Luckily it eventually showed up.
