Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice area. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Our ac was not working properly but the staff got it up and going very quick. The bathroom sink would back up from time to time. Great place that worked great for our stay in Birmingham. Would for sure stay there again on our next visit.

Yes the kitchen was fully equipped and parking space was good. My only complaint is the water was cold in the shower. One of the staff offered to move us but I heard another guess say they water was cold. So it wasn’t a need to move. Just turn up the hot water. Overall great hotel with a great price. In a great area. Also get breakfast that would be a plus.

Room was filthy, needed complete cleaning. Floor covered with dirt, shelves and top of refrigerator filthy. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher rotting. Previous occupant’s food left in drawers. Would not use dishes on shelves as they were dirty, covered in slimy goo yet still put away to be used. However bed was fresh and comfortable

This stay was very uncomfortable. It was extremely cold, and the heat was not working. It took them about an hour or two to get it fixed. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room was dirty. Also, this room was supposed to be for a person with a disability, but it was not suitable at all.

With the exception of a few maintenance issues, drawer handle missing, towel rack broken toilet didn’t flush as well as it should. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my stay. The staff is very nice. The bed was amazing and the room was very clean and up to date. I will definitely stay here again.

I travel for work and decided to stay at this property for about 10 weeks. GREAT location. Clean on arrival. Friendly staff. Onsite laundry. There were some noisy neighbors some nights. They should definitely implement quiet hours. Maintenance was needed for my sink, I called the desk and made the staff aware, but 2 weeks passed and they never came to fix it. Housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday and they never even visited my room the last 3 weeks of my stay. A short term stay here would be fine, but someone needing a longer stay may find themselves doing a lot of the upkeep in their room.
