While the room was clean, the place itself was grubby. The breakfast was really poor and it would be better to increase the price and do it properly and invest a bit of money in the building especially the stairs which were grubby. No hot water on arrival until the following morning

The room was lovely....appreciated the beds in family room. Room was clean but corridor and stairwell v dirty. Ensuite bin hadn't been emptied and sink was blocked so water wouldn't go down.
