Just off Interstate 20, our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is 1 mile from Uptown, the Convention Center, and Protective Life Stadium, with UAB and Samford University under 5 miles away. It comfortably sleeps 4 and includes everything you need for a great stay in Birmingham. **Please be aware that access to your unit requires climbing no matter where you park. From the parking lot, guests have to use a smaller set of concrete stairs, and from the street, guests have to use a full flight of stairs.** Welcome to our 1 bedroom home that can comfortably sleep 4! As you enter, you will find yourself in the living room with dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living space. Down the hall is a full bathroom and the bedroom with a very comfy king size bed! Some guests do not like our neighborhood, we think it is great. We recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if you think you won't like our neighborhood. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
