This furnished apartment is located in Birsfelden, a small suburb in the Arlesheim district. Birsfelden is located just east of Basel's downtown and is set along the Rhine. This pretty, pocket-sized town is perfect for newcomers to the area, as it blends the charm of a village with the excitement of a major city. There are several cafes and restaurants in Birsfelden, and you can also get a nice meal at one of the city's hotels. Local attractions include the ROXY Birsfelden theater, the small but significant Birsfelder Museum, and the riverside Biotop Am Stausee Nature Reserve. You can get around Birsfelden and reach Basel by tram.
