Desaster with Poplidays and the appartment

First of all we are not satisfied with polidays it started with the deposit in march , they never informed CBI that the deposit was paid on the 14th of march.When we arrived at the appartment there was a scaffolding around the complete house and of course the working went on on monday , anyway i informed you about that situation. We want to say many thanks to the ladies from CBI, they were very helpfull and gave us another appartment /house we we could stay and at the end had a nice holiday. But in fareness with poplidays is was a desaster from the Deposit till we arrived an had a look at the house with the scaffolding actually the complete house was painted in that period. Kommunication one star means kommunication with poplidays. CBI in Biscarrosse Plage was perfekt tell that the ladies if they had not been , we would have met with a lawyer.
