Idéal pour surfers et canidés,le sentier d'accès à la plage en face et le bourg à 15' à pieds.Il manque des chaises longues, sinon tout est là.

maison bien pour des vacances car pas trop grande

jolie maison avec le principal pour vivre . jolie vaisselle . parking intérieur parfait . vu les chaleurs les propriétaires devraient investir dans 3 ventilateurs .( 1 dans chaque pièce ).

Petite maison bien agencée et très bien située

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille dans cette location très bien située (impasse des clovisses). Bonne orientation, la terrasse est ombragée quasiment toute la journée (bien agréable avec des journées à 38°!) et quel plaisir d'aller à la plage à pied ! Petits bémols; - une grille de barbecue inutilisable car en trop mauvais état - un ou deux transats et un robinet extérieur auraient été appréciés.

Entspannter Urlaub am Atlantik

Nettes kleines Häuschen, in dem man sich wohl fühlen kann. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden und alle modernen Haushaltsgeräte. Bis 2017 gab es kein Wlan - vielleicht hat das zur Entspannung beigetragen. Am Campingplatz 700 m entfernt war die Möglichkeit, sich über einen Hotspot einzuloggen. Immer wieder sind Kampfflugzeuge am Himmel zu hören, aber in erträglichem Ausmaß. Fahrradnetz ist nördlich bei Lacanau besser ausgebaut. Sehr schöne Strandtage am Atlantik mit kurzen Wegen möglich.

Bett zu klein, lieblose Plastikgartenmöbel, keine Liegen, keine Polster, - spartanisch 2 - 3

Das Bett war trotz vorheriger Mitteilung zu klein und zu hart. Beides verursachte schlaflose Nächte für mich. Es gurrten häufig Tauben in den Morgenstunden, wer es mag-Andere erhalten einen Psychoschaden bzw. werden aggressiv Nichts gegen Tauben, aber es nervt in direkter Nähe. Frösche quaken, war ok, hörte auch nachts auf und morgens auch nicht. Leider fiel bei uns Warmwasser aus. Die Abwicklung war nicht gerade ok. Immerhin hat man sich gekümmert. Eine Reduktion war ein Problem. Immerhin fand man noch eine Lösung. In der Agency le Ozean, sprach fast keiner zumindest Englisch. Für Touristen, die die Sprache nicht können und ein Problem haben, nicht zumutbar. Das Personal der Agentur war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch unkompliziert. Danke. Die unverhältnismäßige Kaution brauchte man nur mit Kreditkarte absichern. Das sollte man auch so kommunizieren, somit auch kein Problem. Der Grill war gut, WC klein und eng aber ausreichend und i.o.. Ebenso die Dusche. Plastikgartenstühle waren, wie bekannt nichts für ca. 100kg Personen. Zwei stabilere gestapelte Plastikstühle haben mich und die Stühle gerettet. Schlecht war das Zubehör. Keine Liegen, keine Polster, kein Duschvorleger (selbst gekauft f. 4 Euro) Kein vernünftiges Brotmesser. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Vermieter oder Vormieter sich gute Sachen mitnehmen. Die steile Holztreppe aus dem Schlafzimmerbereich ist gefährlich, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Empfehlung: Nachts Flurlicht anlassen, da Halbschlaf wandeln gefährlich. Die Anordnung der Möbel ist nicht gut gewählt. Im Nachbarhaus war es besser/offener gestaltet. Der Grill war ausreichend, wir haben besser einen neuen Rost gekauft. Für Baguette und Brötchen sind wir immer in den Ort bzw. Supermarkt gefahren. Die Sachen hielten aber auch bis und über den nächsten Tag. Anderes war uns nicht bekannt bzw. haben wir gesehen. Evtl. noch über das Hotel in der Nähe. Es waren viele kleine Gassen /Abkürzungen zu entdecken. Der Strandweg war ok und auch die Stadtnähe gut zu erlaufen. Der direkte Weg hinter dem Haus zum Strand, ist länger als er scheint. Besser zum Ort laufen und dort über die Matten zum Strand. Der Ort 4-5 Sterne, Strand 4-5 Sterne (teils windig), Haus leider aus o.g. Gründen nur eine 2+, Das Plus ist für die relativ normale und wohnliche und doch gemütliche Einrichtung. Es gibt Vorort Schlimmeres und Teureres. Das Haus auf dem Bild war nebenan und vermutl. besser. Evtl Belegungsfehler.
