In Biscarrosse beach, we offer you this charming 55m² T2 located in a lively area and a stone's throw from the beach which can accommodate up to 5 people, perfect for a stay of a weekend or more with family and friends. The apartment has an entrance with storage cupboard and a 90 cm sleeping area. A separate bedroom which also includes storage space and a 160 cm bed with TV. As for the living room, it is composed of a furnished lounge area with WIFI, a convertible sofa with a real 140 mattress and a television. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fitted and equipped with an oven, a hood, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The living room leads to a south-facing balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your cocktails. On the sanitary side, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet for more comfort are present in the apartment. The residence also offers access to the collective swimming pool during the summer period (open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather), a laundry and a secure parking space. You park and you can do everything on foot or by bike, perfect for going to your surf lessons, to the sandy restaurants, walking on the beach during the sunset or other magical moments that the region offers us .
