You can relax and share friendly moments with family or friends on the large covered and uncovered terraces, facing south and enjoy the sun.
You will also enjoy the peace and quiet to rest, close to the ocean (10 km), large lakes (3 km) and its beautiful forest of tall pines, bike paths and all amenities, the pool Arcachon with its Dune du Pyla.
It will also provide you with optimal comfort and beautiful living spaces.
