This villa comprises an entrance hall, five bedrooms: four bedrooms with storage on the ground floor, two of which have a queen-size bed (160cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a children's room with two single beds (80x200cm) and a cot. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms. Upstairs, a master bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a dressing room. A mezzanine with a desk is ideal for working from home. There is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and two separate toilets for added convenience. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large main living area with a dining and lounge space, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi (the wood-burning stove is currently inaccessible). A utility room houses a washing machine and dryer. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace (new as of January 2026) perfect for al fresco dining, as well as garden furniture with a shade sail for enjoying cocktails. The terrace overlooks a spacious 1300 m² garden with a heated swimming pool (new liner for the 2026 season), available from June to September.
