This comfortable studio for four is located in the 3-star residence Les Balcons de l'Océan. It is about 400 m from the center of the seaside resort of Biscarosse-Plage and just 150 m from the beautiful extensive sandy beach.

The studio has a living room for 2 persons with a double cabin (sometimes closed) and a bathroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave/grill and dishwasher.
This studio does not have a balcony. Parking in the garage is available for a fee.

For late arrivals, guests must contact the residence in advance during reception hours to arrange key collection. Online check-in and a security deposit are required. Without prior notice, access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
