Family Villa on 3000m² with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Stay in our beautiful home set in the countryside on the edge of a forest. With 3000 m² of land, it's the perfect spot for a family holiday. Relax on a sun lounger or in a hammock, surrounded by nature, and enjoy a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere.



The house offers many amenities for your comfort and entertainment: sauna, jacuzzi, and a heated pool (8 m x 4 m) secured with a removable ladder. Bed linen is included, and you can enjoy a large south-facing wooden terrace with both gas and charcoal barbecues for outdoor meals.



The 53 m² open-plan living area and kitchen is equipped with a range cooker, ideal for food lovers. The house has 4 bedrooms (max 6 adults and 5 children) and a playroom with a sofa bed. Internet access and a pool table are available for indoor relaxation.



For outdoor fun: about ten bikes for all ages, trampoline, slide, climbing net, sandbox, pétanque court with balls, stilt house, 25 m zip line, foosball, and football goals. Many other games are also available for children and adults.



The house is ideally located 4 km from a lake with sandy beaches suitable for children and 12 km from the ocean. The famous Dune of Pyla is 35 km away. A rooster lives nearby, but a noise-reducing wall limits disturbances.



Important: Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and reserved for families (max 6 adults, 5 children). Cleaning is not included and must be done by guests; it is available for an extra fee.

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. The family-friendly villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
