4-room semi-detached house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. (ladder) gallery with 1 bed. Bathroom, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable).
