Ferien im Energieplus-Haus in den Bergen Unser Haus funktioniert energieautark, nach den neusten Erkenntnissen ökologischer Haustechnik und ist unabhängig von fossilen Brennstoffen. Es erzeugt mehr Strom, als es verbraucht. Mit der überschüssigen Energie des Energieplus-Hauses können Elektroautos betankt werden. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Stellplatz im Carport. Außerdem gibt es eine Elektro-Aufladestelle. In unserem Haus befinden sich eine behindertengerechte Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und drei barrierefreie Ferienwohnungen im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss mit Lift. Im Preis für unsere insgesamt fünf 4-Sterne Ferienwohnungen sind Stromkosten und Wäschewechsel im Preis inklusive.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, Einrichtungen ist von guter Qualität. Nach meiner persönlichen Empfindung könnte das Sofa bequemer sein. Lange ist optimal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Das Apartment hat für 2 Personen, die selber kochen wollen und nicht im Troubel leben wollen, genau die richtige Größe, Ausstattung, Lage und Aussicht. Dazu ist sie sehr sauber. Wunderbar👍🏻
