Ferien im Energieplus-Haus in den Bergen Unser Haus funktioniert energieautark, nach den neusten Erkenntnissen ökologischer Haustechnik und ist unabhängig von fossilen Brennstoffen. Es erzeugt mehr Strom, als es verbraucht. Mit der überschüssigen Energie des Energieplus-Hauses können Elektroautos betankt werden. Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Stellplatz im Carport. Außerdem gibt es eine Elektro-Aufladestelle. In unserem Haus befinden sich eine behindertengerechte Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss und drei barrierefreie Ferienwohnungen im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss mit Lift. Im Preis für unsere insgesamt fünf 4-Sterne Ferienwohnungen sind Stromkosten und Wäschewechsel im Preis inklusive.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in einer schönen Ferienwohnung

Grundlgend eine rundum schöne Ferienwohnung, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Abzug bei der Sauberkeit gibt es nur, weil mehrere Spinnenweben von der Decke hingen.

Die Wohnung war großartig: sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, alles von hoher Qualität. toller Blick auf den Watzmann, sehr zentrale Lage, allerbeste Betreuung vor Ort. Zudem tolle Wandertipps von der "Hausherrin" - solche Routen hätten wir selbst wohl mit den Apps nicht entdeckt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
