Duplex Jardin – Gîte des 4 Lions
Cocoonr offers you this charming 73 m² duplex house in Bischwihr to rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 60 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed (on request)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 60 m² enclosed and private garden
- A 20 m² terrace facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Bischwihr, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Various events take place throughout the year, including medieval and wine festivals and the Christmas market.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Colmar, about 6 km away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, about 50 km away
- There is a bus stop opposite the development, serving Colmar and the surrounding area.
- Easily accessible motorway (7 minutes away)
