This Estate home is located on 20 acres just 12 minutes from parking/bus transport to the 2024 Pinehurst US Open and only 20 minutes from the home to the Village of Pinehurst. The home offers sleeping for up to 18 people, two kitchens, pool table, outdoor wrap around porches, plenty of parking space, and privacy you won’t get anywhere else! The home was custom built in 2020 and has numerous custom features throughout including a 20-foot ceiling foyer with custom staircase, tile showers, large primary suite, large bedrooms, special order oak hardwoods, custom trim, and an open living concept. There are 3 different grills (Treager, Gas, & Blackstone) for you to use should you wish. A large yard and several porch areas make it ideal for relaxing after a long day at the tournament. You will love the privacy and quiet country setting at the beginning and end of your day.
On the main level you have the primary suite with primary bathroom, the office with sofa pull out bed, powder bath, oversized mudroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room that seats 12.
On the top floor you’ll find 4 bedrooms: 1 king & 1 queen with en suite baths, 1 queen & 2 doubles with jack-and-jill bath, and a loft area with sofa pull out bed. There is also a upper-level balcony with views of the front of the property.
The basement features a full kitchen, full bath with shower, pool table, lounge area for watching sports and movies, and a sofa pull out bed.
Linen changes and daily or specific day cleanings are available to add on for additional fees.
