Wonderful! Very good value for money, a really comfortable bed and nice room. Most importantly, great staff. I had a very minor problem with the hot water in my room when I arrived; but the staff here were super helpful, immediately arranged for me to be able to shower in another room (I was leaving to meet a friend), and had someone there to fix the problem before I'd even left for my evening out. Minor problems can happen anywhere, what really makes a difference is how you address them - and they did so perfectly. Also, the breakfast was excellent! I can't recommend highly enough.
