The basin had no stopper The bathroom area: Towel Rack mounted way out of level plus screw holes are not puttied, looks. real tacky. Caulking looks old and needs to be removed and put in new. Painting looks like it was done by a 2 year old. The paintwas brushed on tile and anything else that touched it.

The check-in was kind of odd. The door to the office was locked when we arrived. I had to call a phone number to get the door unlocked. We were not greeted by anyone in person. Check-in was done over an iPad in an kiosk. I was unhappy to find out that after I booked and paid for my room via the hotels.com app I then had to pay a seven dollar fee at the hotel. It was a very lengthy check in process.

Avoid!! Bishop has better options

Service was horrible when we arrived, there was one staff member who I unfortunately did not get her name was wonderful working during the day. Rooms were not in great condition beds were horrible and a live bug was found in one of our rooms. Our last day there as we were packing up and cleaning the room I came back from the car to grab more luggage I herd a noise in the bathroom when I looked a housekeeper was taking down the shower curtain!!! 10 AM not checked out yet it was very uncomfortable not ok

VERY noisy A/C! Poor cont. breakfast -- juice machine out-of-order, cellophane buns, yogurt, cereal, and really weak coffee. Some exterior trash -- bottles and paper -- noted. Building seemed old and worn. Staff was all very nice.

Limited parking. Had to park on a side street away from hotel. Breakfast was awful. No juice, bagel, bread. Only cheapest pastries, packet oatmeal, stale cereal, hot milk and yogurt. Not worth the price Bathroom had mold. Looked like they tried to fix things using the cheapest materials. Looked more like they put a bandaid on a problem that needs a huge fix

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but visibly shabby. Broken bathroom door jamb and dysfunctional lamp switches. Check in was an impersonal zoom call kiosk and the room key cards were faulty. Even the replacements.

maintenance check the room

Well they got us check in fine. but the TV did not work and then the volume was not control by remote. every time we had to raise or lower the tv we had to the tv and manually do it. There phone did not work and they replaced it and it still did not work. They stated it was the connection in the room that needed to be fixed. other then that it was fine as hotels go.
