The bed had the wires sticking out, scratch my legs every time I will get close to the side of ir. I went to complain and asked for another room. They told me they had no more… And it was so obvious it was more.

The motel had a mattress spring sticking out that I did not notice until getting up from the bed I was injured and then was told the manager would call me back with full compensation. I had to call back after not receiving a call. All they offered was a 25% discount. I’m not sure what kind of bs that is Photos submitted and I will Be escalating this situation

This is one of my regular spots for a trip to this area, so it's nice and all. One area of improvement would be the stairs in the winter, as far as making it safer. I happened to slip on my way down the stairs in the winter time and cut my finger on the metal rail, along with hurting my back. I asked the front desk for first aid, and they didn't have any, but a tissue was helpful, at least for stopping the blood, not for the aches...
