Overall stay was nicer than a lot of other motel 6 locations I’ve stayed at. Staff was very nice and helpful. Notably, the pillows are actually not bad. I’m used to incredibly stiff and really junk pillows at motels, but these weren’t bad. If you’re looking to save money when going up to Mammoth, I think this is a good option. I also suggest leaving at 6:30 AM to get a really good parking spot at the mountain.

Shower had black hairs in it (not mine), room was freezing and all lights off when we arrived. Wasn’t expected much cause it’s a motel 6 but it was pretty gross in the bathroom.

Motel six is always my go to for my dog. They are always welcoming, always accommodating. Usually very quiet and comfy. Restaurants were very walkable. We had a fridge and a microwave which really helps.
