Breakfast food had healthy options. Was kept well stocked. Only thing I was surprised about was an extra $25 fee for 1.5 hour early check in when room was ready. I chose to waste time and wait.

We stay here whenever we are in Bismarck. The hotel is clean, in a safe area, close to shopping and restaurants. We love the sauna, hot tub, and pool with big slide. The rooms are clean with great bedding and amenities. It's our go to hotel.

The people running this hotel were rude. They are definitely all about themselves and not the guests. One of them went in to thw pool area right around 10 AM and shut the lights off and turned off the water slide and walked out without saying a word to us.

Don't stay here

The room we had was dirty, expesically the bathroom! Stains on the bedding, towels. The key cards from the people before us were still the roo. Will never stay here again!

Kids N/A Room wasn’t as clean as other motels we’ve stayed in but it was average. I found a ‘penny from heaven’ on the floor, next to the night stand, which made me think, the room could’ve been vacuumed better, however, I recently lost both parents and was ending a 4400 mile trip and found multiple pennies n this penny was fitting!

We were looking for a family friendly hotel in Bismarck to spend Canadian Thanksgiving at and this hotel hit the mark. We spent three nights here and found the pool and breakfast excellent and nearby restaurants all close by. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bismarck. thanks to Kumar and Vinod for making our stay wonderful. Very friendly and happy staff.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The bedding and pillows were very dingy and outdated. The bathroom had areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. And the whole room had a foul musty smell. The carpets and furniture also smelt and looked very dirty

Our tvs didn’t work called to office said they would get back to us. They didn’t after 25 minutes called and they said it would be 30 more minutes. By then it would be 10:30 so we told them we were just going to bed!! Linens had holes and stains. Room smelled terrible.
