Room = Smelled like sewer gas upon arrival, stained sheets Staff= understaffed for the check in period, long waits. Then when needed there was no answer via phone, or person at the front desk. Parking lot also very icy, was not cleaned well.

Clean room, comfy bed, quiet rooms. Our only disappointment was the pool what overwhelming with extremely loud and rough-housing kids. We just wanted a few quiet minutes in the hottub but that was not possible with the commotion around us.
