Although 2 of our rooms had issues that required maintenance, your staff did come and take care of the issues. There was a shortage of pool towels and there was some mold around the hot tub, so I chose not to use it. My biggest complaint is that I was quoted a price for the rooms and i was Way overcharged. When I checked out the front desk employee states she wasn't able to adjust my charges, but she would leave a note for the manager to call me the next day (today 12/22). I have yet to get a phone call.

I was stoked about the location being around a lot of coffee shops, but the rooms have some updates but other things on the hotel are dated. The rooms are soundproofed which is amazing BUT the refrigerator in my room was so damn loud that I woke up to it several times. Not restful. If you’re at a conference I can see why you’d want the amenities offered, but if you’re looking for a good nights sleep and simplicity, this wasn’t it for the regular price. I regret not booking elsewhere. All the emails about check in and check out were a real PITA as well for regular travelers. Even filling things out online I still had to have a regular check in which was annoying and a waste of time when you’re tired and driving all day.

The bed was excellent. However, when I tried using the room phone to make a local call, it won't go through according to the instructions on the phone. I even called the Front Desk for help, and he tried to reset it, and even then it won't go through. The outlet in the bathroom sink area with the coffee maker didn't work. I moved the coffee maker to a different room outlet in order to get hot water for tea. The room location was not close to an entrance or elevator, on the third floor. When I checked to see who had made the reservation for me, the Front Desk manager said it was made by Experion (a financial company), which I didn't use to book this reservation. The company that I used to book this hotel allowed me to choose 'book through local hotel' which I had used the previous Wednesday. The main benefit for staying here was the ability to park my car at the hotel in long term, and the Hotel provided my transportation to and from the Bismarck airport.

We stayed 2 nights and slide worked fine first night up until pool close, second day slide suddenly broke and front desk tells us it's been broke all week when I know that it wasn't because it worked the night before. Feel like we should've been comped a night or something other than lied to about it being broke all week when we were there the night before till pool closed and slide worked fine.

Slide wasn’t working, restaurant ran out of food by 7 pm, staff was vacuuming the hallway in front of our door at 9:30 pm and we have small children trying to sleep. Very limited breakfast. Hallways smelled horrible.

room remodeled and clean. Front desk helpful. hallway carpet clean. did not see any homeless. A lot better than the last time I stayed there. Now if they can get the restaurant reopened and adequate staff for conventions
