The 2026 renovations on this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home seamlessly blend modern luxury with a tranquil nature retreat. The open-concept living area flows onto a massive, newly added back deck with breathtaking treetop views.

TOP AMENITIES:
• COOLING: The home features an 84-inch industrial-sized ceiling fan on the back deck and two 72-inch industrial-sized ceiling fans inside, ensuring a consistently cool environment. Additionally, the home is equipped with a Sensi thermostat for optimal temperature control.

• LAKE ACCESS: You can either walk to the water’s edge, which is less than 500 feet away, or take a 1/4-mile drive to the entryway of nearby swimming beaches and day-use areas. Please note that there are two highways to cross if you choose to walk.

• PARKING: Ample parking for 2 standard vehicles. If you are bringing a boat trailer, please message us in advance so we can ensure a proper fit.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: To maintain a peaceful environment, we require the primary guest booking the home to be at least 25 years of age.

• NO PETS: To maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for all, we have a strict no-pet policy.

• BOAT PARKING: Due to driveway layout, prior consent is required for boat trailers. Please reach out before booking so we can confirm space.
