Lakefront living at its finest, this newly constructed 2022, deluxe home overlooks the gleaming waters of Lake Sawyer in historic Black Diamond. Ideal for a luxury vacation getaway.

While exploring Copper Hawk, you will notice many fine details. The home has been adorned with copper treatments and features that honor the hawks of the Pacific Northwest. Most of the home's furniture is handmade and the art is hand crafted.

The living room offers a serene spot to sit, visit, and tune into movies while being warmed by the heat of the gas fireplace, or cooled by the air-conditioning.

The formal dining area opens to the deck. The full table is available with an area including stemware and glasses for your favorite beverages.

Truly a chef's dream the custom kitchen features ample meal prep space, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and many cooking utensils. Show off your culinary skills here before dining family-style at the formal dining table, or alfresco on the lake view deck.

Located on the main level, the primary bedroom has been adorned with beautiful wood finishes and soft fabrics. Unwind on top of the plush bed while enjoying the heat of the second gas fireplace. And when you need to indulge in some you-time soak in the accessible bathtub or rinse off under the copper shower head.

Each of the bedrooms comes equipped with California King-sized beds, TVs, small refrigerators, coffee stations, and ample storage space. An additional California King wall bed is available upstairs in the great room.

The great room offers access to an outdoor deck, a dining area, and a kitchenette with an additional full refrigerator and a place to make up snacks. Additionally, there is a TV area with comfortable seating to relax and play games. An additional California King wall bed is available upstairs in the great room.

Spend your afternoons playing in the large yard or barbecuing on the deck. Bring your own boat and anchor it to the dock. There is a public boat launch located minutes away. At night it is well lit with landscaping lights across the property.

Additional interior perks include a washer/dryer set on each floor of the home, central air-conditioning, vacuuming, instant hot water heaters, a full generator for power outages, a landline for local calls, and seven Smart TVs.
