Situated among the tranquil pines and aspen groves, this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering an unforgettable mountain experience.

Ground Floor
Step into this stylish and comfortable home where you'll connect with nature. The home is equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay. Downstairs off the foyer, the Zen Den is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, board games, and puzzles for the kids. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. Around the corner is a flex space where you can enjoy a game of cards or visit with family and friends. Retreat to a cozy brick bedroom with views of the mountains and aspen grove, featuring a queen-sized bed. A large ottoman can be used to keep your pup nearby at night. Next door, a rustic, moose & bear themed bedroom features two full-sized beds and a TV, providing a comfortable and private space to relax and unwind. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a laundry room are located near the bedrooms for convenience.
Second Floor

Upstairs you’ll arrive to an open-concept space bathed in light, with breathtaking mountain views. This is the heart of the home, where nature becomes your backdrop. The dining space features stunning mountain views and seating for up to eight people. After supper, gather at the great room seating and enjoy the warmth of the fire from a wood-burning stove.

Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Cooking staples like seasonings, spices, and cooking oils are provided. The conveniently located powder room is charming and woodsy.

Wake up to sweeping mountain views from the king-sized bed in an open sleeping space. Morning sunlight streams in, perfect for a leisurely start to your day. A TV area is located upstairs where you can enjoy your favorite shows from your Netflix and Prime accounts.

We’d love to meet your dog! The Hound Lounge upstairs offers toys, treats, and a large beanbag bed for your pup. Enjoy reading reviews from RollinsVilla’s four-legged visitors on the digital photo frame and make sure to send your pup’s review after your stay.
