This delightful newly constructed house nestled between Nederland and Black Hawk off scenic Hwy 119 and offers 2 cozy bedrooms each with their own outside area to enjoy the spectacular view- 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. With 3 bathrooms featuring 2 bathtubs and heated floors throughout. Guests can unwind in comfort. There is also a wood-burning stove upstairs and a pellet stove downstairs in the partially finished basement. We have a doggie door going out to a kennel for your furry family friends. The additional living room spaces offer a sofa bed and futon, extra room to spread out and relax. Wake up every morning with a view of the continental divide and Eldora ski resort and enjoy the surrounding of National and State parks! This beautiful property is the ideal home base for your trip. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

A hidden gem!

We had a fantastic time at Mindy's place. The home is very nice with all the amenities you may need. The view is amazing, comfortable beds, great open area to sit around and chat with the family, cook, play games and watch TV. We couldn't be happier!
