Cozy cottage 2 mins to Black Mountain, 20 mins to Asheville, Dog Friendly!

You will instantly feel right at home in out cozy cottage. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious back yard. 2 mins to Downtown Black Mountain, bustling with delicious restaurants and cute shops. We have a spacious front porch for lounging or alfresco dining. A secluded balcony is located off of the primary bedroom, perfect for you morning cup of joe or your afternoon cocktail. You can enjoy the cool nights cozied up beside the outdoor fire pit or indoor fireplace. Primary bedroom and ensuite are located on the main level. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in between. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a grill located off of the back balcony. All towels and linens provided. The house is stocked with a starter of toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, garbage bags, and dishwashing detergent. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner all provided. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room on the main level so you don't have to bring home a suitcase full of dirty laundry. All of the bedrooms have light reducing blinds and/or curtains, including the upstairs sky lights. Hint: Leave the upstairs sky light blinds open so you can star gaze right from your cozy bed! We know traveling with kiddos can come with a lot of gear. We try to make sure you don't have to lug all that gear with you on your trip! The house comes with a highchair, kid friendly plates/utensils, a pack-n-play and a jogging stroller, all at no extra charge.
