Whether visiting in the spring and summer when rhododendron and mountain laurel bloom, in the autumn when vibrant fall color is on display, or in the calming winter when the mountain views are even more expansive, this cabin is stunning in every season. It's also close to Pisgah Forest and its many trails, making it a hiker's and nature lover's dream!

Main Floor
• A fully stocked, chef-inspired kitchen that will make preparing meals a breeze; small appliances include an air-fryer, griddle, waffle iron, blender, large crock pot, turkey roaster, standard drip-style coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and coffee grinder
• Breakfast bar with 4 stools overlooking the backyard and mountains
• Light-filled dining area with seating for 6, island seating for 3, and additional seating in the nearby great room
• Impressive great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, wood-burning fireplace, sectional with 3 recliners, and 75" Smart TV for streaming
• Two covered deck areas, each with seating, and access to the backyard with a 4-person hot tub
• Main floor primary bedroom with king-size bed, 43" Smart TV for streaming, and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower
• A whole-house generator provides peace of mind in the event of a power outage
• The porch is gated (both front and back) to keep pets and kids enclosed safely while enjoying the outdoors.

Upper Level

• Recreation area with a 50" TV for streaming, a foosball table, a book nook with a small library, and a table for up to 8 to enjoy the Mah Jongg Set (bring your own cards), puzzles, and games.

Please note: The garage is accessible to renters, and the driveway is oversized to accommodate large groups. This home allows up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee. No parking is allowed on roadways, at gate entrances, or in non-paved areas in the Catawba Falls Community. Please keep your vehicle(s) on the driveway only.

In addition to a whole-home generator, the cabin has a full-house water filter and commercial grade hot water heater (installed in 2025). There is a Digio Leather Sleeper Sofa + Loveseat along with a Twin-size trundle beneath the Twin in the basement bedroom. Sheets are not provided for the extra bedding, so please plan to bring your own if you intend to use it.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.
